Richard andron
Architect, AIA, LEED AP
His unique approach to architectural practice and small-scale development can be a model for sole practitioners and small firms struggling to compete for conventional clients against ever-larger and stronger A/E firms and Design/Build competitors.
Richard designs and develops residential and commercial projects, for lease and for sale. His method minimizes personal financial and professional liability risk. He rarely invests his own cash, and seldom uses debt. He only works on projects of his own choosing, over which he has total control.
Richard is also a vastly experienced LEED consultant, and has contributed to the LEED certification of small, medium and large-scale projects throughout the US. He has presented more than 150 LEED seminars. His experience as a frequent lecturer and educator allows him to present his unique philosophy of architectural practice in a clear, concise, fast-moving, no-nonsense style.
In this seminar, you will learn how Richard reinvented his practice, and you will learn, step-by-step, how you can establish or reinvent yours. This seminar is a blueprint for professional and financial independence for the sole practitioner or small firm.
